Deposit Required

A deposit is required when booking to secure your appointment. The amount varies by service.

48h+ Notice

Cancel 48 hours or more before and your full deposit transfers to a rescheduled appointment.

24 to 48h Notice

Cancel within 24 to 48 hours and 50% of your deposit is retained.

Under 24h / No Show

Cancel within 24 hours or fail to show and your deposit is forfeited. A new deposit is required to rebook.

2.Transfer your deposit to the Sinatras account (bank details shown at checkout)
3.Screenshot your receipt and email it to Kat for confirmation
4.Your booking is confirmed once your deposit is verified
5.Your deposit is deducted from the final treatment price on the day
